1. The service

Realtabook.com is a listing and discovery platform for property, businesses, projects and auctions in Pakistan. We connect buyers, sellers, agents, agencies, developers and valuators. We are not a party to any transaction between users.

2. Zero financial custody

Realtabook never holds, collects, processes or escrows any property, rent, token, deposit or business-sale payment. The only payments we collect are our own subscription and advertising fees. Anyone claiming to accept transaction money “for Realtabook” is committing fraud — report them immediately.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use one account per person or business. Roles (buyer, seller, agent, agency, developer, valuator) determine available features. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Listings and content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of listings you post. Listings are reviewed before going live and may be rejected or removed for misrepresentation, duplication or fraud. By posting, you grant Realtabook a licence to display and promote your content on the platform.

5. Verification, reviews and trust

Badges (Verified, NOC) reflect declarations and checks at a point in time — they are not a guarantee. Always verify original documents in person. Reviews may only be left after a genuine platform interaction and must be factual.

6. Paid plans

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Featured placements run for the purchased period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Discount codes apply only at checkout for paid plans.

7. Prohibited use

No scraping, false listings, harassment, money-laundering facilitation, or circumvention of platform fees. No use of the platform to collect payments in Realtabook's name.

8. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realtabook is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, third-party conduct, or reliance on listing information.

9. Changes and contact
