Yes. Browsing, searching, saving favourites, contacting sellers and using all tools is free for buyers. Sellers get up to 3 free listings; paid plans unlock more listings, featured placement and analytics.

Does Realtabook handle payments between buyers and sellers?

No — never. Realtabook is a listing and discovery platform only. All property transactions happen directly between you and the other party. We never hold, process or escrow transaction money. The only payments we collect are our own subscription and featured-listing fees.

How do I know a listing or agent is trustworthy?

Look for the Verified badge (admin-checked), the Trust Score (built from real visits, deals and reviews), and reviews — which can only be left after a genuine interaction. Every listing is reviewed before going live.

What is an NOC and why does it matter?

A No Objection Certificate confirms a development is approved by the relevant authority (CDA, LDA, DHA, Bahria, PDA, etc.). Always verify original documents before paying anything.
