1. What we collect

Account data: name, email, phone, role, city, and profile details you provide.
Usage data: searches, saved favourites, listings viewed, device and approximate location — used to power alerts, recommendations and market analytics.
Transaction data: subscription and featured-listing payments (processed by Stripe/JazzCash/EasyPaisa — we never store card numbers).

2. How we use it

To operate the marketplace: listings, messaging, visit scheduling, alerts.
To keep the platform safe: fraud detection, moderation, trust scoring.
To improve the product: aggregated, de-identified analytics such as the Price Index.
To communicate: service emails, and marketing you can opt out of at any time.

3. What we share

Your public profile and listings are visible to other users by design. Contact details on a listing are shown according to your own visibility settings. We share data with processors (hosting, email, payments) under contract, and with authorities when legally required. We never sell your personal data.

4. Your controls

Edit profile and contact-visibility settings from your dashboard.
Delete saved searches, favourites and history at any time.
Request account deletion at privacy@realtabook.com — we remove personal data within 30 days, keeping only records required by law.

5. Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-restricted, and payment credentials never touch our servers. We retain data while your account is active and as required for legal and fraud-prevention purposes.
