Listing Rules

Every property, business, project and service listing must follow these rules. Submissions pass through review before going live.

• Ownership / authority — only list what you own or are authorised to advertise.
• Accuracy — location, price, size, condition and features must be truthful and current.
• Real media — genuine photos of the actual property; no watermarked, stolen, or misleading images.
• One listing per property — duplicates are detected and removed.
• No contact-info leakage in the description to bypass in-platform messaging.
• No prohibited content — scams, off-platform-payment solicitation, or discriminatory terms.

Realtabook never processes property payments — all transactions happen directly between the parties, off-platform (§62.2).
