Your safety matters. Follow these guidelines before contacting a seller, visiting a property, bidding in an auction, requesting a valuation, or entering business/investment discussions (§51.7).

• Verify ownership records, government approvals and NOCs before any payment or commitment.
• Be cautious of prices that look too good to be true.
• Meet in safe, public places for first meetings; bring someone with you to site visits.
• Never pay an advance without proper legal documentation.
• Consult qualified lawyers, valuators, surveyors and engineers — start with our Valuators directory.
• Keep communication and records in-platform where possible.
