Realtabook.com is a listing and information platform only. We connect buyers, sellers, agents, agencies, developers and valuators — we are not a party to any transaction between them.

We do not guarantee

• the accuracy, legality, title, or physical condition of any listed property, plot, business or asset;
• the identity, solvency, or conduct of any user, buyer, seller, agent or agency;
• the completion, payment, or outcome of any deal negotiated through or discovered on the platform.

Transactions happen off-platform

All property, rental and business transactions — including payments, contracts and deal completion — take place directly between users, outside Realtabook. Realtabook does not process, hold, escrow or guarantee any transaction funds (§62.2/§62.4). You are solely responsible for your own due diligence, legal verification, and payment arrangements. Always verify ownership documents, NOC status and identity independently before transferring any money.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realtabook, its staff and partners accept no liability for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a transaction or interaction between users.
